Yes! Our Emergency & Trauma Center operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year with mobile cardiac ICU ambulances, emergency physicians, and round-the-clock lab/blood bank support.
We are empaneled with leading TPA providers and insurance companies. Please bring your health insurance e-card and government ID to our Insurance / TPA Help Desk on the ground floor for pre-authorization.
For planned admissions, please bring your doctor consultation slip, diagnostic test reports, government photo ID (Aadhaar / Voter ID / Driving License), and health insurance card (if applicable).
Diagnostic radiology (X-ray, CT Scan, MRI) and pathology lab reports can be collected from the reporting desk on the ground floor or sent digitally via WhatsApp / Email upon request.
General Ward visiting hours are 04:00 PM to 07:00 PM daily. For ICU patients, only one designated attendant is permitted per patient during morning (11:00 AM - 12:00 PM) & evening (05:00 PM - 06:00 PM) slots.
